Client must receive a phone interview per request prior to scheduling and payment. Consultation fees are 150.00/hr with a 2 hr minimum. Each in person consultation will only cover one skill set at a time. Additional skills available upon request as an add on at 150.00
Per hour. Time may be split on multiple days per hour at instructors availability should that request be made by the client.

We will also assess room for improvement and create an individualized plan to help you bring your A game to the cake industry!

-Piping technique
-Baking do’s and don’ts (recipe following incl.)
-Crumb coating and proper buttercream application 
-Operations and business flow 
-Floral Wedding cake design 
-Fondant application and technique with edible image application 
-Tiered cake construction
